                        CHAPTER 357-S.F.No. 1947 
           An act relating to highways; naming and designating as 
          Moberg Trail that portion of Constitutional Route No. 
          46 located within Chisago county; amending Minnesota 
          Statutes 1988, section 161.14, by adding a subdivision.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
    Section 1.  Minnesota Statutes 1988, section 161.14, is 
amended by adding a subdivision to read: 
    Subd. 24.  [MOBERG TRAIL.] That portion of Constitutional 
Route No. 46, known as U.S. Route No. 8, that is located within 
Chisago county is named and designated "Moberg Trail."  The 
commissioner shall adopt a suitable marking design to mark this 
highway and shall erect the appropriate signs.
