Laws of Minnesota 1989 CHAPTER 87-S.F.No. 1082 An act relating to administrative procedure; clarifying the applicability of the requirement that agencies consider the impact of proposed rules on small business; amending Minnesota Statutes 1988, section 14.115, subdivision 7. BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: Section 1. Minnesota Statutes 1988, section 14.115, subdivision 7, is amended to read: Subd. 7. [APPLICABILITY.] This section does not apply to:(a)(1) emergency rules adopted under sections 14.29 to 14.36;(b)(2) agency rules that do not affect small businesses directly, including, but not limited to, rules relating to county or municipal administration of state and federal programs;(c)(3) service businesses regulated by government bodies, for standards and costs, such as nursing homes, long-term care facilities, hospitals, providers of medical care, day care centers, group homes, and residential care facilities, but not including businesses regulated under chapter 216B or 237; and(d)(4) agency rules adopted under section 16.085.
