                         CHAPTER 66-H.F.No. 501 
           An act relating to education; vocational technical; 
          allowing purchase of real property by independent 
          school district No. 347. 
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
    Section 1.  [INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 347; PURCHASE 
OF PROPERTY.] 
    Independent school district No. 347, Willmar, may purchase 
the Religion in Life Center building located on the technical 
institute campus.  The total cost of the building may not exceed 
$49,000 and must be paid entirely from the technical institute 
debt reduction fund. 
     Sec. 2.  [EFFECTIVE DATE.] 
     Section 1 is effective the day following final enactment.
