CHAPTER 145-H.F.No. 832
An act relating to Ramsey county; authorizing the use
of certain property for a public library.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. [COUNTY LAND USE.]
Notwithstanding any contrary provision of Minnesota
Statutes, section 383A.07, Ramsey county may use for a public
library the following described parcel of real property:
Unplatted lands - subject to road over West side and except
East 910 feet the South 356 feet of North 712 feet of
Northeast 1/4 of Southeast 1/4 of Section 3, Township 29,
Range 22.
The property is contiguous to another parcel of county property
that is not subject to the restrictions of section 383A.07 and
the whole of the two parcels is needed for a public library.
Sec. 2. [EFFECTIVE DATE.]
This act is effective the day following final enactment.
