CHAPTER 105-H.F.No. 1352
An act relating to intoxicating liquor; authorizing
the city of Blaine to issue one additional on-sale
license.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. [BLAINE ON-SALE LICENSE.]
The city of Blaine may issue an on-sale intoxicating liquor
license to a harness track facility located in the city and
known as the Dan Patch Raceway. The license shall be in
addition to any other licenses authorized by law and shall
authorize the sale and dispensing of liquor to persons attending
events at the licensed premises. The city council shall set the
fee for the license, and may further restrict hours of sale
within the limits imposed by law. All provisions of Minnesota
Statutes, chapter 340A, not inconsistent with this section apply
to the license.
Sec. 2. [LOCAL APPROVAL.]
Section 1 is effective on approval by the Blaine city
council and compliance with Minnesota Statutes, section 645.021.
