                        CHAPTER 102-H.F.No. 1389 
           An act relating to Goodhue county; permitting the 
          county to establish certain payment procedures. 
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
    Section 1.  [GOODHUE COUNTY; PAYMENTS.] 
    The Goodhue county board may provide procedures for the 
payment of all or any class of county obligations by the county 
auditor without presentation to the board.  The procedures shall 
include regular and frequent review of the auditor's action by 
the board.  
    Sec. 2.  [LOCAL APPROVAL.] 
    Section 1 is in effect the day after the Goodhue county 
board complies with Minnesota Statutes, section 645.021, 
subdivision 3.
