CHAPTER 13-H.F.No. 148
An act relating to local government; permitting the
counties of Washington and Anoka to establish certain
payment procedures.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. [WASHINGTON COUNTY; PAYMENTS.]
The Washington county board may provide procedures for the
payment of all or any class of county obligations by the county
auditor-treasurer without presentation to the board. The
procedures shall include regular and frequent review of the
auditor-treasurer's actions by the board.
Sec. 2. [ANOKA COUNTY; PAYMENTS.]
The Anoka county board may provide procedures for the
payment of all or any class of county obligations by the county
auditor without presentation to the board. The procedures shall
include regular and frequent review of the auditor's action by
the board.
Sec. 3. [LOCAL APPROVAL.]
Section 1 is in effect the day after the Washington county
board complies with Minnesota Statutes, section 645.021,
subdivision 3. Section 2 is in effect the day after the Anoka
county board complies with Minnesota Statutes, section 645.021,
subdivision 3.
