Laws of Minnesota 1988 CHAPTER 472-S.F.No. 2090 An act relating to state lands; authorizing a certain conveyance by the commissioner of natural resources to the city of Big Fork. BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: Section 1. [CONVEYANCE TO CITY OF BIG FORK.] The commissioner of natural resources may convey to the city of Big Fork property located in the city and described as: Outlot number one (1), Zaiser's Addition to the village of Bigfork in the county of Itasca. Consideration for the conveyance shall be $1, and the conveyance shall be in a form approved by the attorney general. The conveyance must provide that the property reverts back to the state if the city no longer uses the property for public purposes. The property was originally conveyed to the department of natural resources by the city in 1941 for $1 to serve as residential property for a game warden. The property is no longer needed for state purposes. Approved April 6, 1988
