          subdivision 10. 
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
    Section 1.  [REPEALER.] 
    Minnesota Statutes 1987 Supplement, section 469.012, 
subdivision 10, is repealed.
