           An act relating to natural resources; authorizing Rice 
          Creek watershed district to increase the 
          administrative fund amount. 
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
    Section 1.  [RICE CREEK WATERSHED DISTRICT.] 
    Notwithstanding Minnesota Statutes, section 112.61, 
subdivision 3, Rice Creek watershed district may levy an amount 
not to exceed $200,000 for the administrative fund.
