Laws of Minnesota 1987 CHAPTER 43-H.F.No. 505 An act relating to state lands; authorizing conveyance of certain state easement. BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: Section 1. [CONVEYANCE OF STATE EASEMENT.] Notwithstanding Minnesota Statutes 1986, sections 94.09 to 94.16 or any other law, the commissioner of administration, on behalf of the state of Minnesota, shall convey or otherwise release the state's interest in an easement in and use of certain land to the adjoining landowners in accordance with this section. The interest must be conveyed for nominal consideration and in a form approved by the attorney general. The interest to be conveyed is in land in the West 1/2 of the SE 1/4 of Section 32 Township 110 North Range 20 West in the city of Faribault and recorded in book 48 of deeds on pages 490 and 491, filed November 1, 1882. The easement is no longer used or needed by the state of Minnesota and a release of the easement is necessary to clear a title objection to property described as Lot 11, in Block 1, in Venture One, Faribault, Rice County, Minnesota. Sec. 2. [EFFECTIVE DATE.] Section 1 is effective the day following final enactment. Approved April 30, 1987
