                         CHAPTER 28-S.F.No. 279 
           An act relating to the city of Brook Park; raising the 
          city debt limit. 
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
    Section 1.  [CITY OF BROOK PARK; DEBT LIMIT.] 
    The city of Brook Park may incur net debt of $20,000 in 
excess of that permitted by Minnesota Statutes, chapter 475, for 
the construction of a fire hall.  
    Sec. 2.  [LOCAL APPROVAL.] 
    This act takes effect January 1, 1987, if the governing 
body of the city of Brook Park complies with Minnesota Statutes, 
section 645.021, subdivision 3.
