           An act relating to state government; providing for a 
          job class entitled chiropractor in the state civil 
          service; proposing coding for new law in Minnesota 
          Statutes, chapter 43A. 
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
    Section 1.  [43A.082] [JOB CLASS CREATED.] 
    The commissioner must establish a job class in the 
executive branch of the civil service entitled "chiropractor."  
Positions in this class must be in the classified service unless 
they meet the requirements of section 43A.08, subdivision 1a.
