Laws of Minnesota 1987 CHAPTER 100-H.F.No. 1629 An act relating to the county of Anoka; exempting an allocation of issuance authority for a solid waste project from the notice of issue filing deadline. BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: Section 1. [ANOKA COUNTY; EXEMPTION FROM NOTICE OF ISSUE FILING DEADLINE.] Notwithstanding Minnesota Statutes 1986, section 474A.13, subdivision 3, a certificate of allocation received on March 30, 1987, by the county of Anoka in the amount of $9,700,000 to finance a solid waste project is valid for as long as the allocation of issuance authority evidenced by the certificate of allocation is valid under the Internal Revenue Code of 1986. Minnesota Statutes, chapter 474A, applies to the certificate of allocation and the allocation of issuance authority it evidences. Sec. 2. [EFFECTIVE DATE.] Section 1 is effective the day after compliance with Minnesota Statutes, section 645.021, subdivision 3, by the governing body of Anoka county. Approved May 13, 1987
