          1986, section 204B.05. 
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
    Section 1.  [REPEALER; USE OF HUSBAND'S NAME ON BALLOT.] 
    Minnesota Statutes 1986, section 204B.05, is repealed.
