                        CHAPTER 368-H.F.No. 2464 
           An act relating to the city of Bowlus; permitting the 
          city to exceed its debt limit for a firehall. 
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
    Section 1.  [BOWLUS; DEBT LIMIT.] 
    The city of Bowlus may incur net debt in excess of that 
permitted by Minnesota Statutes, chapter 475, in the amount of 
$20,000, for the costs of a firehall and related public 
facilities. 
    Sec. 2.  [LOCAL APPROVAL.] 
    Section 1 is effective the day after compliance with 
Minnesota Statutes, section 645.021, subdivision 3, by the 
governing body of the city of Bowlus.
