           An act relating to commerce; motor fuel franchises; 
          extending the temporary prohibition on certain 
          building alterations that eliminate service bays; 
          amending Laws 1984, chapter 444, section 4.  
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
    Section 1.  Laws 1984, chapter 444, section 4, is amended 
to read:  
    Sec. 4.  [REPEALER.] 
    This act is repealed on July 1, 1986 1988.  
    Sec. 2.  [EFFECTIVE DATE.] 
    Section 1 is effective June 30, 1986.
