                        CHAPTER 202-S.F.No. 1244
           An act relating to the city of Burnsville; increasing 
          the total number of on-sale liquor licenses.  
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
    Section 1.  [BURNSVILLE ON-SALE LICENSES; NUMBER.] 
    Notwithstanding any law to the contrary, the city of 
Burnsville may issue 5 on-sale intoxicating liquor licenses in 
addition to the number authorized under Minnesota Statutes, 
section 340.11, subdivision 5a. 
    Sec. 2.  [LOCAL APPROVAL.] 
    Section 1 is effective upon approval by the Burnsville city 
council and compliance with Minnesota Statutes, section 645.021.
