                        CHAPTER 180-S.F.No. 1414
           An act relating to the city of Plymouth; authorizing 
          the reassessment of special assessments against 
          certain lands in the city. 
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
    Section 1.  [REASSESSMENT.] 
    The city council of the city of Plymouth may make a 
reassessment in the manner provided by Minnesota Statutes, 
section 429.071, subdivision 2, of special assessments 
heretofore levied by the city council against property within 
the following described parcels in the city:

     Sec. 2.  [AUTHORITY SUPPLEMENTARY.] 
     The authority granted by this act is supplementary to and 
not in substitution for any authority granted to the city of 
Plymouth by Minnesota Statutes, chapter 429. 
     Sec. 3.  [EFFECTIVE DATE.] 
     Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, section 645.023, 
subdivision 1, clause (a), this act is effective on the day 
after final enactment.
