           An act relating to game and fish; authorizing resident 
          fishing license for military persons training at Camp 
          Ripley; amending Minnesota Statutes 1984, section 
          98.47, by adding a subdivision.  
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
    Section 1.  Minnesota Statutes 1984, section 98.47, is 
amended by adding a subdivision to read: 
    Subd. 3a.  The commissioner shall issue a resident license 
to take fish to a person who is in the military and in training 
at Camp Ripley.
