                         CHAPTER 37-H.F.No. 320 
           An act relating to the city of Roseville; increasing 
          the total number of on-sale liquor licenses.  
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
    Section 1.  [ROSEVILLE ON-SALE LICENSES; NUMBER.] 
    Notwithstanding the limitation contained in Minnesota 
Statutes, section 340.11, subdivision 5a or any special law, the 
city of Roseville may issue a total of 30 on-sale licenses for 
the sale of intoxicating liquor. 
    Sec. 2.  [LOCAL APPROVAL.] 
    Section 1 is effective upon approval by the Roseville city 
council and compliance with Minnesota Statutes, section 654.021.
