104.Conflict of Interest

a.

A Board member who is currently certified as a specialist by or who in the past twelve (12) months has served in a decision-making capacity for an applicant agency or accredited agency shall disclose such certification or service to the Board.

b.

Such Board members shall recuse themselves from any vote whether to:

(1) Grant or deny an applicant agency's application in any field of law for which the Board member has served in such capacity or is certified; or

(2) Rescind an accredited agency's accreditation in any field of law for which the Board member has served in such capacity or is certified.
