Rule 513.Conditional Costs; Filing of Orders
In any case in which payment of costs has been ordered as a condition of the court's order, the amount of conditional costs must be paid to the court administrator before the court's order becomes effective or is filed. Conditional costs will be held by the court administrator to be paid in accordance with the final order entered in the case. All other costs will be promptly transmitted by the court administrator to the other party.
