FORM 10 - COMPLAINT FOR CONVERSION

1. On or about December 1, 1948, defendant converted to his own use ten bonds of the _______ Company (here insert brief identification as by number and issue) of the value of one thousand dollars, the property of plaintiff.

Wherefore plaintiff demands judgment against defendant in the sum of one thousand dollars, interest, costs, and disbursements.
