A bill for an act
relating to health; prohibiting smoking in residences that provide foster care
for children; amending Minnesota Statutes 2010, section 144.414, by adding a
subdivision.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1.
Minnesota Statutes 2010, section 144.414, is amended by adding a
subdivision to read:

Smoking is prohibited in a residence that is
licensed to provide foster care for children, pursuant to Minnesota Rules, parts 9560.0500
to 9560.0850.
