A bill for an act
relating to property taxation; allowing agricultural homestead classification when
the homeowner lives off the farm due to flooding; amending Laws 2010, chapter
389, article 1, section 12.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1.
Laws 2010, chapter 389, article 1, section 12, the effective date, is amended
to read:
EFFECTIVE DATE.
This section is effective for assessment years 2010 and deleted text begin 2011,
for taxes payable in 2011 and 2012deleted text end new text begin thereafternew text end .
