  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to highways; designating Augie Mueller 
  1.3             Memorial Highway; amending Minnesota Statutes 1996, 
  1.4             section 161.14, by adding a subdivision. 
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  Minnesota Statutes 1996, section 161.14, is 
  1.7   amended by adding a subdivision to read: 
  1.8      Subd. 40.  [AUGIE MUELLER MEMORIAL HIGHWAY.] Marked trunk 
  1.9   highway No. 5 from its intersection with interstate highway 494 
  1.10  in or near Eden Prairie southwesterly to its intersection with 
  1.11  marked trunk highway No. 19 in or near Gaylord is designated 
  1.12  "Augie Mueller Memorial Highway."  The commissioner of 
  1.13  transportation shall adopt a suitable marking design to mark 
  1.14  this highway and erect appropriate signs.
