  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to traffic regulations; abolishing statutes 
  1.3             that define trackless trolley car, that regulate 
  1.4             driving through rough country, and that prohibit 
  1.5             employment by passenger carriers of persons addicted 
  1.6             to liquor; repealing Minnesota Statutes 2000, sections 
  1.7             169.01, subdivision 18; 169.38; and 169.901. 
  1.8   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.9      Section 1.  [REPEALER.] 
  1.10     Minnesota Statutes 2000, sections 169.01, subdivision 18; 
  1.11  169.38; and 169.901, are repealed.
