BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

new text begin $10,000,000 in fiscal year 2019 is appropriated from
the general fund to the Board of Trustees of the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities
for campus support to be allocated to campuses according to the fiscal year 2019 framework.

new text begin $21,000,000 in fiscal year 2019 is appropriated from
the general fund to the Board of Trustees of the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities
for updates to or replacement of the student records system.
