A bill for an act
 relating to the Rural Policy and Development Center; requiring a biennial report
to the legislature; amending Minnesota Statutes 2004, section 116J.421, by
adding a subdivision.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Minnesota Statutes 2004, section 116J.421, is amended by adding a
subdivision to read:
