A bill for an act
 relating to education finance; authorizing a transfer of funds for Independent
School District No. 671, Hills-Beaver Creek.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin DISABILITY ACCESS ACCOUNT TRANSFER; HILLS-BEAVER
CREEK.

new text begin (a) Notwithstanding Minnesota Statutes, section 123B.79 or 123B.80, on June 30,
2008, Independent School District No. 671, Hills-Beaver Creek, may permanently transfer
up to $196,000 from its reserved for disabled accessibility account to its reserved for
health and safety account and $64,000 from its reserved for disabled accessibility account
to its undesignated general fund balance without making a levy reduction.

transfer up to $100,000 from its reserved for operating capital account to its undesignated
