  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to game and fish; requiring changes in 
  1.3             smallmouth bass rules for Fillmore, Mower, Olmstead, 
  1.4             and Dodge counties. 
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [SMALLMOUTH BASS REGULATIONS; RULES.] 
  1.7      Any restrictions relating to the possession limits for 
  1.8   smallmouth bass shall be the same during the entire open fishing 
  1.9   season for smallmouth bass in Fillmore, Mower, Olmstead, and 
  1.10  Dodge counties.  The commissioner of natural resources shall 
  1.11  amend Minnesota Rules, chapter 6262, to comply with this 
  1.12  section.  The commissioner may use the procedures provided under 
  1.13  Minnesota Statutes, section 14.388. 
  1.14     Sec. 2.  [EFFECTIVE DATE.] 
  1.15     Section 1 is effective the day following final enactment.
