  1.2             relating to natural resources; appropriating money for 
  1.3             the St. Croix Valley heritage center; canceling a bond 
  1.4             appropriation for the St. Croix Valley heritage 
  1.5             center; repealing Laws 1991, chapter 275, section 3. 
  1.6   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.7      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.8      $75,000 is appropriated to the St. Croix Valley Heritage 
  1.9   Coalition, Inc., for initial project design for the St. Croix 
  1.10  Valley heritage center. 
  1.11     Sec. 2.  [CANCELLATION.] 
  1.12     The appropriation from the bond proceeds fund under Laws 
  1.13  1994, chapter 643, section 19, subdivision 11, to the Minnesota 
  1.14  historical society for a grant to the city of Taylors Falls to 
  1.15  prepare a preliminary design for the St. Croix Valley heritage 
  1.16  center is canceled. 
  1.17     Sec. 3.  [REPEALER.] 
  1.18     Laws 1991, chapter 275, section 3, is repealed.
