A bill for an act
relating to game and fish; creating a 72-hour nonresident license for taking geese;
specifying a fee; granting rulemaking authority; amending Minnesota Statutes
2004, section 97A.475, by adding a subdivision; proposing coding for new law
in Minnesota Statutes, chapter 97A.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

new text begin The commissioner shall issue a temporary 72-hour nonresident license to take geese
and may adopt rules establishing criteria for the license.

Sec. 2.

Minnesota Statutes 2004, section 97A.475, is amended by adding a subdivision
to read:
