 relating to higher education; providing supplemental funding to the United
Family Medicine residency program; appropriating money.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; UNITED FAMILY MEDICINE RESIDENCY
PROGRAM.

new text begin $116,000 in fiscal year 2014 and $116,000 in fiscal year 2015 are appropriated from
the general fund to the Minnesota Office of Higher Education for the purpose of the United
Family Medicine residency program. This appropriation is in addition to the appropriations
made in Laws 2013, chapter 99, article 1, section 3, subdivision 15, for the same purpose.
