  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to the town of White Bear; authorizing the 
  1.3             town to expend tax increments from redevelopment 
  1.4             districts for certain purposes. 
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [TOWN OF WHITE BEAR; TAX INCREMENTS.] 
  1.7      Notwithstanding Minnesota Statutes, sections 469.174 to 
  1.8   469.179, the economic development authority of the town of White 
  1.9   Bear may expend tax increments derived from redevelopment 
  1.10  districts to finance housing projects as defined in Minnesota 
  1.11  Statutes, section 469.1761, or soccer, softball, baseball, and 
  1.12  hockey recreational facilities located within the project area.
