  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to privacy; authorizing the board of nursing 
  1.3             to withhold access to residence addresses and 
  1.4             telephone numbers; proposing coding for new law in 
  1.5             Minnesota Statutes, chapter 148. 
  1.6   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.7      Section 1.  [148.267] [WITHHOLDING ACCESS TO CERTAIN 
  1.8   ADDRESSES AND TELEPHONE NUMBERS.] 
  1.9      Notwithstanding section 13.41, subdivision 2 or 4, the 
  1.10  board may withhold the residence address and telephone number of 
  1.11  an applicant or licensee if the applicant or licensee so 
  1.12  requests.
