 relating to occupational health; requiring the commissioner of labor and industry
to repeal an occupational exposure to COVID-19 emergency temporary standard.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

part 5205.0010, subpart 2, item TT. Effective the day following final enactment, the
commissioner must not enforce Minnesota Rules, part 5205.0010, subpart 2, item TT.
