  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to natural resources; creating the Central 
  1.3             Lakes trail; amending Minnesota Statutes 2000, section 
  1.4             85.015, by adding a subdivision. 
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  Minnesota Statutes 2000, section 85.015, is 
  1.7   amended by adding a subdivision to read: 
  1.8      Subd. 22.  [CENTRAL LAKES TRAIL; OTTER TAIL, GRANT, AND 
  1.9   DOUGLAS COUNTIES.] The trail shall originate at the city of 
  1.10  Fergus Falls and extend in a southeasterly direction through 
  1.11  Grant and Douglas counties to the eastern boundary of Douglas 
  1.12  county. 
  1.13     Sec. 2.  [EFFECTIVE DATE.] 
  1.14     Section 1 is effective on August 1, 2005.
