relating to traffic regulations; providing for reduced speed limit on marked Trunk
Highway 60 near Wanamingo.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin SPEED LIMIT ON MARKED TRUNK HIGHWAY 60.

new text begin Notwithstanding Minnesota Statutes, section 169.14, subdivision 4, the
commissioner of transportation shall designate the speed limit on marked Trunk Highway
60 for a minimum of one-half mile on each side of its intersection with marked Trunk
Highway 57 as 30 miles per hour. The commissioner shall erect appropriate signs showing
the beginning and end of the zone. Any speed in excess of this limit is prima facie
evidence that the speed is unlawful.
