  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [NORTHWEST MINNESOTA SERVICE COOPERATIVE; 
  1.6   APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.7      $295,000 in fiscal year 2002 and $265,000 in fiscal year 
  1.8   2003 are appropriated from the general fund to the department of 
  1.9   children, families, and learning for a grant to the northwest 
  1.10  Minnesota service cooperative for a new teacher mentoring pilot 
  1.11  program.
