  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to capital investments; authorizing land 
  1.3             acquisition for the Minneapolis community and 
  1.4             technical college; appropriating money.  
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [MINNESOTA STATE COLLEGES AND UNIVERSITIES LAND 
  1.7   ACQUISITION; APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.8      $....... is appropriated from the bond proceeds fund to the 
  1.9   board of trustees of the Minnesota state colleges and 
  1.10  universities to acquire real property adjacent to Minneapolis 
  1.11  community and technical college.  
  1.12     Sec. 2.  [BOND AUTHORIZATION.] 
  1.13     To provide the money appropriated in this act from the bond 
  1.14  proceeds fund, the commissioner of finance shall sell and issue 
  1.15  bonds of the state in an amount up to $....... in the manner, 
  1.16  upon the terms, and with the effect prescribed by Minnesota 
  1.17  Statutes, sections 16A.631 to 16A.675, and by the Minnesota 
  1.18  Constitution, article XI, sections 4 to 7.
