relating to natural resources; appropriating money for public water access
restrooms.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; WATER RECREATION ACCOUNT.

new text begin $300,000 in fiscal year 2014 is appropriated from the water recreation account in
the natural resources fund to the commissioner of natural resources for construction of
restroom facilities at the public water access for Crane Lake on Handberg Road. This is a
onetime appropriation and is available until the construction is completed.
