  1.4             low-income youth in the St. Cloud area. 
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [AFTER-SCHOOL EDUCATIONAL ENHANCEMENT PROGRAM; 
  1.7   ST. CLOUD.] 
  1.8      $50,000 in fiscal year 2002 and $50,000 in fiscal year 2003 
  1.9   is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner of 
  1.10  children, families, and learning for a grant to the Boys and 
  1.11  Girls Clubs of Central Minnesota for an after-school educational 
  1.12  enhancement pilot program for low-income youth at the Southside 
  1.13  Boys and Girls Club/Head Start Community Center.
