A bill for an act
relating to public transportation; requiring the Metropolitan Council to conduct a
feasibility study on expanding the Kenrick Avenue park-and-ride facility in
Lakeville; appropriating money.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin FEASIBILITY STUDY ON EXPANDING THE KENRICK AVENUE
PARK-AND-RIDE FACILITY IN LAKEVILLE.

new text begin The Metropolitan Council must conduct a feasibility study on expanding the capacity
of the Kenrick Avenue park-and-ride facility in Lakeville. At a minimum, the study must
include a discussion of different options for expansion and potential costs associated with
each option.
