BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin BIOMONITORING PROGRAM FOR FUTURE GENERATIONS.

$....... is appropriated in fiscal year 2014 from the clean water fund to the
commissioner of health to establish a biomonitoring program that will focus on children
and disadvantaged communities to provide data on disparities in pollutant exposure and
other measures necessary to assist with water quality management and protection decision
making.
