  1.9             sections 326.10, subdivision 5; 326.107, subdivisions 
  1.10            6, 9.

  1.18     We, the undersigned conferees for H.F. No. 677, report that 
  1.19  we have agreed upon the items in dispute and recommend as 
  1.20  follows: 
  1.21     
  1.22     That the Senate recede from its amendment and that H.F. No. 
  1.23  677 be further amended as follows: 
  1.24     Page 3, line 6, delete the third comma and insert "has been 
  1.25  called to active duty in the military services" 
  1.26     Page 3, line 7, delete everything after the comma 
  1.27     Page 3, line 8, delete "active duty in the military 
  1.28  services," 
  2.1      We request adoption of this report and repassage of the 
  2.2   bill.
