BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

PROGRAM.

$400,000 in fiscal year 2023 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner
of natural resources for a climate adaptation and resilience program to prepare for and
respond to climate change and its impacts on the environment and natural resources.
