A bill for an act
 relating to water; providing criteria to rank certain wastewater treatment system
projects.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. WASTEWATER BENEFICIAL USE; RULES.

The Pollution Control Agency shall apply the following criteria to wastewater
treatment system projects:

(1) 20 points shall be assigned to projects that will treat wastewater for reuse; and

(2) 15 points shall be assigned to projects that have the technology and are ready to
treat wastewater for reuse.
