  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.7      $280,000 is appropriated in fiscal year 1999 from the 
  1.8   general fund to the board of trustees of the Minnesota state 
  1.9   colleges and universities for the worker information resource 
  1.10  center at the St. Paul technical college.
